HEY GIRL HEY

SO HERE I AM WRITING MY SECOND BLOG. I NEVER KNEW IT WOULD TAKE SO MUCH WORK BUT IM GETTING IN TO THE GROOVE OF THINGS. BEFORE I KNOW IT I’LL BE A PRO…. YEAH right THAT’S A LIE HAHA. I CAN’T SPELL to save my life! im purely writing this blog for fun. i’m not a professional writer, english major or teacher. i’m just here to talk about my life and all the ups and downs that come with it. hopefully this blog will be something you all can relate to.. oh and maybe you’ll get in a few good laughs.

okay now on to the good stuff

THANK GOD FOR WEEKENDS AM I RIGHT? FINALLY getting TO SLEEP IN ON A SATURDAY MORNING HELL YEAH! So glad to have had off this weekend. spent this gorgeous weekend at Bethany beach with my favorite ladies Mrs. peggy and jeannie aka my momma. it’s always nice spending time with family and friends. i grew up right next door to mrs. peggy she’s always been like a second mom to me.

I try to come to the beach as often as i can! I typically spend a day doing Mrs. Peggy’s hair then we go to lunch and hit up the outlets. Can’t miss an opportunity to go shopping #imaddicted. we decided on APPLEBEE’S, can’t beat those strawberry dollaritas! just kidding i didn’t actually get one of those… but they do sound DELICIOUS. after that we stopped at peebles, jean loves peebles. UNFORTUNATELY most of these stores have closed down. only a few left and one happens to be in bethany, SO ITS A MUST THAT WE GO! I ENDED UP GETTING 3 SHIRTS BECAUSE I JUST CANT SAY NO.

LORD HAVE MERCY IM TRYING TO TYPE THIS BLOG AND MY CATS ATTACKING MY LAPTOP. #HESWILD

fast forward to saturday.. okay so i lied about sleeping in on a saturday. these crazy people had me awake at 8 am. up bright and early for manicures and pedicures but heres the kicker…. i was the one giving them haha. i guess i can be nice from time to time. next stop greene turtle for lunch and keno! keno is a must for mama Jean. we also hit the dollar store… i mean hey its a dollar can’t beat those prices. surprisingly you can find some good stuff in there. After that we stopped by my brothers flag football game. he’s the coach for the Maryland Bullets. they won both games!

LAST BUT NOT LEAST… WE met up with my friend melissa and her mom AT MY ALL TIME FAVORITE PLACE M.R. DUCKS! LOCATED IN Ocean city on talbot street. it’s a nice little bar right on the bay side. perfect place to get together with the girls and share some chug a ducks!! ya thats right a chug a duck… which consist of a natural light beer and a shot of amaretoo in a duck decoy. it’s only 6 bucks, not too shabby right? okay so we made one more stop before heading back to the house. went to meet up wth my friend katie and her family at highstakes. apparently we planned a cruise for december, must have been the alcohol talking haha. but no seriously i’m so going.

rise and shine time to make the 3 hour drive home. made a pit stop at micky D’S FOR an egg mc’muffin. cant go wrong with one of those bad boys. we made it home safely, now im laying in bed finishing this blog while craig is sound a sleep next to me. i swear men can fall a sleep so easily. im over here munching on my leftover chilis. i mean isn’t this the best way to end a sunday.. i can always eat healthy tomorrow right?
